The plot for the “Raven’s Flight” clip follows the story of the Berserkers, a class of “beast men” warriors lost to the sands of time. The video casts Amon Amarth as the torch-bearers of that long-lost class by juxtaposing footage of an L.A. club show (with cameos by Josh Barnett [ex-UFC], Erick Rowan [WWE], a couple of industry folks we know [hello Faley and Suzy!] and several lucky Amon Amarth fans) with CGI-heavy historical viking flashback scenes. It’s badass, because duh, it’s Amon Amarth.
Berserker will come out on May 3rd via Metal Blade and is now available for pre-order here. Catch the band on tour this spring with Slayer, Lamb of God and Cannibal Corpse; dates here.
