MS scribe Phil Boozeman (no relation — or is there??) digs the ever-living crap out of Whitechapel’s new album The Valley, claiming in his official review of the record that it’s “on a completely different level” and “for those of us not stuck in 2008, Whitechapel have totally nailed it this go-round.”
Should Boozeman put down the booze or have Bozeman and co. really outdone themselves this time? That’s not a judgment — I have yet to listen to the full album myself — it’s just a silly way of introducing you all to the fact that The Valley is now up for streaming in full via Kerrang! a day before its official release. That’s increasingly rare in the era of streaming platforms since all albums are available day-of anyway, but I suppose Whitechapel just felt like treating their fans. How nice of them!
The Valley drops tomorrow, March 29, via Metal Blade; pre-order the album here.
